The room is approximately 8 pyeong (26.4 square meters) and is equipped with a queen-size bed, making it spacious enough for one person. The boiler, hot water, and air conditioner all work normally, maintaining a comfortable condition throughout all four seasons. With Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a refrigerator, you can live comfortably even for stays of 2 weeks to 2 months.
It is a 3-minute walk from Sangdo Station Exit 3, and you can quickly move to the center of Seoul by subway and bus. It takes about 30 minutes to Gangnam by subway line 7, about 20 minutes to Yongsan by bus, and about 10 minutes to Noryangjin Station by village bus. It is about a 10-minute walk to the back gate of Chung-Ang University.
Check-in is contactless, and once your stay is confirmed, we will provide detailed instructions. Smoking and parties with visitors are prohibited, and we ask that you be mindful of noise to maintain a quiet residential environment. The management fee includes water, gas, electricity, internet, and TV usage, so you can use them without separate utility payments during your stay.
Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find a cluster of convenient amenities such as Starbucks, Paris Baguette, convenience stores, and Compose Coffee, making daily life easy. Additionally, E-Mart Everyday and GS The Fresh Mart are nearby, making grocery shopping and daily preparations very convenient. While there is no designated parking, parking is available within the building and in front of the house.
