I’ve often booked short-term rentals whenever I visit Seoul, and this place was the best of them all. I’d love to keep it a secret just for myself, but I’m writing an honest review to support the host. Downsides: 1. There are stairs, so it can be difficult for the elderly or those with heavy luggage. 2. It’s not in a bustling area, so there aren't many places to walk to at night, and there’s no park nearby for a stroll. Upsides: 1. It’s a new, clean building fully equipped with everything you need—you could practically show up with just the clothes on your back. (The host maintains it so well that it’s a truly comfortable place to stay.) 2. Great communication with the host, who is very considerate. 3. Centrally located in Seoul with excellent transport links. Yeongdeungpo Station is just three stops away by local bus, and there are plenty of bus routes and easy connections to the subway. 4. The rooftop terrace on the 5th floor is beautifully set up—perfect for getting some fresh air while enjoying a beer or coffee. (This standout feature, which most other rentals lack, makes you forget all about the stairs.) 4. It features a separate bedroom plus a loft area, making it ideal for a group to stay while having some separate space. It’s a truly clean rental with great accessibility. It’s fully equipped and reasonably priced. I plan to stay here again.
