The large room is furnished with a king-sized bed and a table, while the small room has a super-single bed and a vanity; the space comfortably accommodates up to three people. It is ideal for short-term workers commuting to Myongji/Yonsei/Ewha Universities or the DMC/Mapo/Gwanghwamun areas, as well as for those awaiting dormitory placement, visiting for study or business, relocating with family, or needing temporary housing during home renovations. We prioritize indoor air quality and humidity control using a dehumidifier and an air purifier. Amenities include a 34-inch Smart TV (compatible with personal OTT apps) and a set-top box for cable TV, free 1Gbps Wi-Fi/internet, and a washer-dryer combo. Parking is available on the street or at a public parking lot just one minute away.
Nearest subway stations (15 minutes by bus): Jeungsan Station (Line 6) – board at Myongji University Intersection right in front of the house; Gajwa Station (Gyeongui-Jungang Line) – 10 minutes by bus, board at Myongji University Three-way Intersection. DMC: 30 minutes; Hongik Univ. Station: 15–20 minutes; Sinchon Station: 15–20 minutes.
