(Smoking is permitted on the terrace, which is a key feature of the property; a special cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged if smoking indoors is detected.) ⭐️ Additional charges may apply if utility/maintenance costs exceed the standard limit (50,000 KRW per week). ⭐️ Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. ⭐️ The maximum occupancy is 4 people; exceeding this limit may result in discomfort. ‼️ Please be advised that failure to comply with the above guidelines may result in immediate eviction.
