[Free Parking] You can park in front of the fruit store, a 10-second walk from the accommodation. I received permission from the owner. The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor and does not have an elevator. Instead, you can enjoy a quiet and private atmosphere.
All utilities are included in the management fee. Additional fees may be requested if you overuse the included items. (For example, unless you turn on the boiler and air conditioner simultaneously in the winter, you will not be asked for additional fees.)

It’s a wonderful, spotless place. It was very comfortable to stay here, as it was fully equipped with everything—including a dryer. I loved having so many great restaurants nearby, and I also made good use of the café that stayed open until the early hours.
