If you are coming from the airport, go straight for 500m from Seogwang Intersection on Pyeonghwa-ro, then turn left. (Please refer to our website for more details.) For those traveling by bus, we are located 700m on foot from the Soinguk Theme Park intersection on Naver Maps. Please call us for a friendly consultation.
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please smoke only outside the building. Violators will be charged 100,000 KRW for professional odor removal cleaning. 2. No outside guests are allowed, only those on the reservation. Violators will be immediately evicted without refund. 3. Please refrain from cooking strong-smelling foods such as meat, fish, cheonggukjang, or hongeohoe inside the building. Even with ventilation, the smell may not be removed well, causing inconvenience to the next guest. 4. Before checking out, please perform basic separate waste disposal and dishwashing. 5. Please adhere to check-in and check-out times. (Check-in time: 3 PM, Check-out time: 11 AM) 6. When going out or checking out, please turn off all electrical appliances, heating, and air conditioning. 7. Hot water usage: Set the bedroom boiler switch to hot water only. 8. Please use the provided items carefully for the next guest. In case of damage to property, contamination of bedding or interior walls (e.g., children's graffiti), or loss of items, corresponding costs will be charged. 9. You are responsible for any accidents caused by your own negligence. We are not responsible. 10. Please ensure the door is securely locked when leaving the premises. Always keep your money and valuables with you. Loss and theft of valuables are the responsibility of the individual. 11. The use of flammable items such as scented candles is prohibited indoors.

Items not included in the management fee will be settled and charged upon check-out. If heating (oil boiler) is used excessively, additional management fees may be requested.
