(Photos are for illustrative purposes only) * You are responsible for damages to facilities and equipment. * For your safety and security, CCTV cameras are installed outside. (Parking lot, entrance, back of the house, driveway) * Registration of move-in is not permitted. Please keep these points in mind when making your reservation. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions.

* Winter heating costs (gas boiler) will be settled and charged separately upon check-out. * For long-term contracts, individual usage (gas, electricity, water) will be settled separately. * If included items are used excessively, additional management fees may be requested. * Upon check-out, the property must be restored to its original condition before move-in and basic cleaning must be performed. Cleaning fees may be charged depending on the condition (refrigerator, electric stove, etc.). / For long-term contracts of 4 weeks or more, a check-out cleaning fee will be incurred (negotiable).
