Recently, it was completely remodeled. It was bright and warm with a white tone. It is a completely independent space with a private entrance.
Gimpo Airport Station. Gonghang Market Station. Songjeong Station is 7 minutes away.
It is used non-face-to-face. If necessary, we will communicate via the contact information after the contract. We will provide you with the address and password.
Gimpo Airport Park and Lotte Shopping Mall are across from the house. You can take a walk and exercise in the park.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. An additional fee will be charged for more than 2 people using 1 bed.
The space was spacious and in great condition—I really loved it. It seems well-maintained, and the landlord was kind, too. I highly recommend this place!

It is located in a semi-basement down an alley, making it very difficult to find the first time. However, the interior is clean. During my two-week stay, construction work was going on right upstairs; I was forced to wake up at unwanted times due to the sounds of hammers and drills in the morning. At one point, the water cut out while I was washing my hair and face, leaving me naked and forced to rinse off using bottled water from the fridge— it was a total nightmare. I was there on a business trip, but the construction noise was so bad that I had to pay for a hotel three times just to get some rest. I explained the situation to the owner, but they refused to offer compensation and didn't even apologize. 33m2 simply told me to resolve the construction issue with the owner directly. How is a guest supposed to know about construction or room issues upon arrival unless the owner mentions it? It seems they just act as an intermediary to collect fees without any proper verification system in place. It is truly disappointing to have spent money and ended up feeling so upset while away from home.
I am so sorry. I requested the construction work, but I didn't realize you would start so early (at 9 AM). I also had no idea how to handle the matter of compensation. I apologize for any upset I caused and hope you can be understanding. I wish you happiness, always and everywhere.
