The owner personally handles cleaning and hygiene, ensuring the space is always kept clean. I will send you move-in instructions via text message.
Upon check-out, you will be charged based on the meter readings taken before and after your stay. Water, internet, and TV services are provided free of charge.
I stayed here while my apartment was being renovated, and I had a great time in the clean space. The owner is also really kind.
Above all, the host is incredibly kind. The room is spotless and fully equipped with everything you could need, making it extremely comfortable to stay in. When I first arrived, the room was immaculate and felt brand new; I was told that the interior had been renovated recently. However, perhaps due to the renovation, there was a slight smell of new materials in the room. When I mentioned this issue to the host, they immediately offered me a vacant room to use instead, allowing me to have a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The price is very reasonable, and the condition of the room is excellent for the cost. On top of that, the host’s kindness—always ready to address any concerns and provide assistance—is an added bonus.
