It was so comfortable to stay there, and I loved having plenty of places to eat right outside!

The rating is based on the price and actual condition compared to the advertisement, and does not reflect the landlord's communication (e.g., check-in instructions). 1. Discrepancy between advertisement and actual condition Contrary to the "remodeling" notice, the unit (air conditioner manufactured in 2003) is in a condition almost unchanged since its construction in the early 2000s. The advertised air purifier is not present. Even considering it's a duplex, I paid 590,000 won, which is about 30+% higher than the surrounding market price (400,000 won~). 33m2 is a short-term rental platform, so the responsibility for discrepancies between advertisement and actual condition lies with the landlord, and the platform does not intervene, so it needs to be understood before booking (I ended up using it only to sleep and leave. Other options in the same price range are recommended). 2. Appliance hygiene (most unusable) Washing machine: Several finger-thick mold spots on the rubber seal, foul odor Dryer: Accumulated dust from previous users Air conditioner: Unusable due to mold (spent hot days outside) Fan: Accumulated dust Water purifier: Gave up using it considering the above conditions Air purifier: Not provided, contrary to advertisement Did not touch any other appliances... I thought the above options were reflected in the price, but they were actually unusable. The landlord offered cleaning, but the accumulated mold and dust from the first day of arrival were difficult to restore with short-term cleaning, and it was hard to coordinate schedules, so I declined. Due to cleanliness and health issues, I did not touch the appliances and even cleaned up the trash left by previous users upon check-out. 3. Ventilation, hygiene Since I couldn't use the air conditioner, I had to open the window, but even on the 6th floor, it's next to a major road, so there's a lot of traffic noise. There's no bathroom exhaust fan, so moisture doesn't escape, and there's mold on the ceiling. 4. Check-in/Response No instructions until the morning of check-in. After arriving, I waited outside for 20 minutes due to a password error. During my stay, the elevator broke down, which was inconvenient. A separate management fee of 100,000 won was charged, and it's hard to understand why under these circumstances.
