There are many parks nearby, such as Eco Park and Maru Park, so it is good for rest and walking. We will be a cozy resting place for those visiting Samsung Medical Center, and a comfortable space for students visiting the Daechi-dong academy district, and those visiting Jamsil or COEX.
The management fee includes water, electricity, gas, and internet communication fees.
