Hello ๐ This is an apartment 5 minutes away from Sanbon Station/Sanbon Rodeo on Line 4.๐ It is equipped for two people with a queen-size bed, Samten Bymi TV, dishes, steam iron, clothes drying rack, wall-mounted air conditioner, 9kg washing machine, refrigerator, electric rice cooker, etc. :) โ๏ธIt is a corridor-style apartment, and since Sanbon Station on Line 4 is an above-ground subway, there is some noise. If you use the items included in the maintenance fee (electricity, gas, water) excessively and your monthly maintenance fee exceeds 280,000 won, you may be asked to pay an additional maintenance fee. During the winter months (November, December, January, February, March), heating costs are charged separately from the maintenance fee based on meter readings, in addition to the basic maintenance fee.
They checked the number of guests before we arrived and made sure all the bedding was ready. The place was clean, and we had a wonderful stay!
