A convenience store is just a 1-minute walk away. * The house features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is situated in a quiet alley. - Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. There is a dining table for four in the area outside the master bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen is provided, along with a washing machine, dryer, and microwave. We welcome guests visiting Seoul for business or those needing temporary accommodation during home renovations.
It is located between Gongdeok Station and Seoul Station. Since there is a hill, I highly recommend taking the bus.

Water, electricity, gas, internet, and external CCTV are included. However, additional charges apply if air conditioning electricity costs in summer or gas costs in winter exceed the weekly maintenance fee (40,000 KRW).
The neighborhood is incredibly quiet, and there's a convenience store just a 3-minute walk away. There's a 'Mexicana' nearby that's a real hidden gem in the area! The local amenities and infrastructure are excellent. It's quiet, the bedding is spotless, and it's fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—I highly recommend it! Having a washer and dryer made it really convenient to handle laundry during my business trip. The host is extremely responsive, so any questions or needs were addressed immediately—I was very satisfied with that! This is the first time I've ever written such a long review! I highly recommend staying here!!
