This is a neat and tidy two-room unit that has recently undergone remodeling. The interior is spotless, and all basic furniture is well-maintained and organized. We have stocked the unit with almost everything you might need, with the exception of a washing machine. Amenities include a large shoe cabinet, tableware for four, a microwave, an oven for warming bread, an electric kettle, a spacious refrigerator, and a large table perfect for working. It is available at a reasonable rate, so we hope you will consider staying here :)

Check-in & Occupancy * Check-in: 2:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM * Occupancy & Bedding: The accommodation is designed for two guests, but we can provide an extra bed and a floor mattress if needed. Please let us know in advance if you require bedding for the extra bed! * Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited to maintain a pleasant environment. We ask for your understanding. * No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire indoor space. 2. Laundry & Amenities * Laundry: There is no washing machine inside the unit. We appreciate your understanding and recommend using the coin-operated laundromat located a 5-minute walk away. 3. Surroundings & Noise * Noise: Due to the nearby academy district, there may be brief noise (lasting about 10 minutes) when classes end. Outside of these times, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful; we ask for your understanding regarding this matter. 4. 🚗 Parking Information * Parking Space: Available at the rear of the building / Limited to 1 vehicle / Large vehicles not permitted * How to Use: Please provide your license plate number before arrival. * Parking for large vehicles is not permitted per the building owner's request. * Located near Naebang Station, the property is in an area where famous cafes, bakeries, and popular restaurants are all clustered within a 5-minute walk. * There is a nearby swimming pool open for recreational swimming and a forest library; I will happily provide details on these when you rent the place. :) * There are plenty of medical facilities nearby, so you don't need to worry! * Supermarkets are located within about 10 minutes of Naebang Station and the Cafe Alley. I will be happy to guide you to them. :)
All utility charges are included in the management fee; however, an additional fee may be requested in the event of excessive usage.
