It is a fantastic location, especially regarding proximity to local restaurants. Although it is on the ground floor of a villa—and Naver Maps might label it as a commercial unit—it is essentially a residential villa unit with its own separate entrance. I was initially concerned about security, but the area is safe, and there is a police substation right nearby, so you can rest easy. However, a lot of water leaks out while showering, so the landlord likely needs to take some corrective measures. It is quiet, but the lack of a dedicated ventilation window means there is a strong smell from the wood used in the interior finishing; I think an air purifier would be a great addition. Also, since the only mirror is in the bathroom, it is a bit inconvenient; having a full-length mirror would be helpful. It is great that the landlord is always ready to resolve any issues or inconveniences whenever they arise.
