This is a 3rd-floor unit featuring a charming yard. It is clean and well-maintained. You can smoke in the yard without having to go all the way out to the ground floor. Includes 2 bedrooms and 3 beds (each equipped with an electric heating pad). Amenities include a dryer, vanity, steam iron, hair dryer, rice cooker, electric kettle, and vacuum cleaner. We maintain strict hygiene by boiling all cutlery. Separate laundry room. Everything is set up so you can grill pork belly (samgyeopsal) in the yard. As this is a short-term rental, please bring your own personal items. The base rate is for 3 people; additional guests incur a fee of 50,000 KRW per person per week. (If you let us know in advance, we can provide the necessary bedding; otherwise, the fee is 40,000 KRW per person per week, settled upon checkout.)
Located just a 2–3 minute walk from the subway station, with excellent surrounding amenities (large supermarkets, banks, saunas, restaurants, etc.). It is only two subway stops away from both Seomyeon and Yeonsan-dong in either direction, and offers convenient transportation links—by bus or subway—to anywhere in the city, including Gwangalli, Haeundae, and Dongnae.
Pets (including other animals) are not allowed inside. Smoking is prohibited indoors. You may grill meat, such as pork belly, in the yard. A grill plate, portable gas burner, and outdoor table are provided. Winter season (December–February) Summer season (July–August): An additional fee of 20,000 KRW per week applies.
It is a 3-minute walk to the subway station, and the neighborhood offers excellent amenities, including convenience stores, supermarkets, hospitals, pharmacies, saunas, and cafes. There are also many great restaurants—serving charcoal-grilled galbi, bindaetteok (mung bean pancakes), kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), milmyeon (wheat noodles), pork cutlets, jokbal (braised pig's trotters), and more—all at affordable prices.
Maintenance fees are payable in advance.
I knew about the inconvenience of the stairs to the third floor before checking in, but the smell of grilling meat from the restaurant on the first floor—wafting up until 11 or 12 at night—was really tough to deal with; it must be especially bad in the summer. The cleanliness was good and noise levels were reasonable, though the water supply would cut out occasionally. I was startled when the water stopped running while I was washing my hair; it seems this happens when a lot of water is being used on the first floor.
I enjoyed my stay.^^
The house is cozy and warm. The facilities are good. I had a comfortable stay.
