You can quickly find it by searching on Naver Maps. Our house is located right at the entrance of a flat intersection, so you don't have to go up any hills, and you can use the elevator right away.
Parking registration is free for one vehicle, and a fee of 10,000 won will be charged for two or more vehicles. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions. As this is not a lodging business, we cannot provide personal or household items, so please bring your own. Pets are not allowed. In case of disputes with neighbors or the management office due to smoking or noise, the contract will be terminated, and the contract fee and deposit will not be refunded. You must vacate the premises within 24 hours. Please make sure to check the heating and air conditioning when you go out. If more than 4 people will be staying, please inform us in advance. On the first floor, there are convenience facilities such as a management shop, hospital, restaurant, and cafe, and across the street, there is a market. Our house is cleaned by a cleaning lady, and I reconfirm and do detailed cleaning. March 2-in-1 air conditioner cleaning. We will do our best to ensure that guests can rest comfortably and healthily.
If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. We will take a picture of the meter when you move in and send it to you. In case of a dispute, we will inform you of the usage by date through the management office and the gas app.
The landlord was kind, and I had a great stay in a lovely home. I was very comfortable throughout my time here. It would be even better if hot water were available for the washing machine.
