Fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances, it is optimized for short-term stays. It features both a washing machine and a *dryer* for added convenience. A table that doubles as a desk makes it great for working from home or relaxing, and there is a park right in front of the building, perfect for a stroll. Numerous amenities—including convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, and bus stops—are within a 2–3 minute walk.
It is a 15-minute walk to Incheon Terminal Station and a 20-minute walk to Munhak Sports Complex Station. An airport bus is available within a 10-minute walk for trips to Incheon Airport.
