This is a fully-equipped, cozy house in Pangyo & Bundang. Although it's listed as a semi-basement, it's actually a slightly lower first floor :) The windows face the back of the building, so there's 100% no privacy invasion. Seongnam Foreign Language High School and KIS International School are located right above, and Pangyo Station, Jeongja Station, and Sunae Station are all close. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk! Refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, washing machine, dryer, bed, desk, etc. are all perfectly equipped for both short-term and long-term stays. (Basic detergents, shampoo, etc. are also provided) There's a smart TV so you can use Netflix, and Wi-Fi is, of course, provided. It's much more pleasant and cozy than a goshiwon :)
There is a bus stop within a 2-minute walk from the house that goes directly to major subway stations such as Jeongja Station, Pangyo Station, Gangnam Station, and Suseo Station. :) If you have a car, please contact us separately for more information. :)
It is room B03. There are two building entrances; please enter through the right door, and it's the last room. Smoking is prohibited indoors, and please refrain from making excessive noise in the evening.
There is a GS convenience store within a 1-minute walk. There is a restaurant area within a 5-minute drive, and there are many drive-thrus (Starbucks, Tom N Toms) and restaurants.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
It was fully equipped with bedding and a TV, and having a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient 🥰🫰🏻 I had a comfortable stay at a great price considering the cleanliness and amenities. The host was also kind, which made the experience even better 💕

The place was clean and felt new, and having a dryer was very convenient. The host was also kind and quick to answer any questions! The only downside is that there isn't much to do nearby, but the bus to Pangyo Center isn't far away.
I had a great stay for two weeks. I appreciated the host's kind hospitality.
