🏠 Self check-in (contactless) upon arrival (Check-in: 4 PM / Check-out: 12 PM) 🌈 Once the booking is confirmed, I will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions (please read carefully). 🌈 No indoor smoking (a 100,000 KRW fee applies if violated—please strictly observe this rule), no pets allowed, and no loud noise or parties. 🙋🏻♀️ This is the host's cherished space. Please treat it with care and love, just like your own home.
🌈 Please strictly adhere to the waste disposal and recycling guidelines 🚮 🌈 Please return items to their original places after use ❣️ 🌈 To prevent clogging the pipes, please dispose of items like wet wipes and food scraps in the trash rather than flushing them down the toilet 🌿 ✔️ Light snacking is permitted, but cooking is not allowed 🚫 A cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged for damages such as wallpaper damage or stains, soiled bedding or fabric bed frames, or toilet clogs caused by disposing of food waste 🚫 🧹 A repair fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged if foreign objects (such as coins) are found in the washing machine 👉 You must inquire and notify us in advance if you plan to have visitors. An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per person applies for visits. (Please inquire separately regarding overnight stays for visitors.) Failure to comply will result in mandatory eviction. Please be sure to inform us beforehand.
