It is conveniently located just a one-minute walk from the main gate of the University of Seoul. Cheongnyangni Station (Lines 1 and Gyeongchun) is a 10-minute walk away, and you can take direct buses (Blue Bus routes 121, 420, and 720) to Gangnam and the city center from the stop right in front of the main gate. Additionally, Green Bus routes 2230, 2311, and 3216 offer convenient access, allowing you to get off right in front of the university and easily transfer.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a separate message with instructions for check-in and use of the facilities. Check-in is contactless; while the standard time is after 3:00 PM, alternative arrangements can be made upon prior agreement. Indoor smoking and pets are strictly prohibited; occupancy is limited to the registered guest(s), and visitors are not permitted. As this is a shared living space, please sort your trash, clean up any common areas you used, and ensure the door is securely locked upon check-out.
Located right next to the University of Seoul campus, the area offers abundant walking paths and green spaces, perfect for a relaxing break. Daily convenience is excellent, with Cheongnyangni Station, Lotte Department Store, Lotte Mart, restaurants, pharmacies, and hospitals all within a 5–10 minute walk. The neighborhood features numerous popular eateries (in Hoegi-dong and along Cheongnyangni Yatap-gil), cafes, and convenience stores, making it an ideal environment for both students and office workers.
