Here is information regarding the heating and cooling systems for officetels in the Magok area. Since the Magok area was designed with a district heating system, heating and cooling cannot operate simultaneously; all officetels in the area follow this same system. Only heating is provided during the winter season... ...and only cooling is provided during the summer season. Neither heating nor cooling is provided during the transitional seasons. The management office usually posts a notice in the elevators regarding the start date for summer cooling. Generally, cooling begins in early or mid-May, while heating starts around October.
Items included in the management fee will not be billed separately.
