It is located in a residential area but offers convenient access to everywhere. The house is kept impeccably clean. The host goes out of their way to accommodate requests whenever possible. I felt completely at ease, just like at home, with absolutely no inconveniences during my stay. I would love to visit again if I have the chance to stay in Jeju City, and I’d certainly recommend it to friends and acquaintances! Thank you, Host! :)

I had a truly satisfying stay! To give some context, I am a working woman traveling domestically while working remotely on U.S. time. Since I planned to be out most of the time—except when sleeping or working—I prioritized cleanliness, a suitable work environment, and safety when choosing this accommodation. 1. Host The host is incredibly gentlemanly! He kindly explained the basic house rules during my stay. When I accidentally forgot a rule (like leaving the bathroom door open for ventilation), he gave me a gentle reminder, and whenever I asked for something, he was flexible and accommodating to the situation. Although I only stayed for a short week, I think having clear rules from the start makes for a much more pleasant experience, especially for those considering a medium- to long-term stay. He was kind yet respectful of my personal space and privacy, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I really enjoyed having dinner together on the last day and appreciated his help with taking out the trash! 2. Space It looks even better in person than in the photos! It was spotless and clearly well-maintained with great care. While the building's exterior shows its age and isn't the "Instagram-worthy" style, the interior is fully equipped for actual daily living—from cleanliness and layout to appliances. He even cleared out a dedicated section in the fridge just for me. As a female traveler, I especially appreciated the emphasis on security. Upon arrival, he kindly and thoroughly set up everything from the fingerprint door lock to the door/window opening alert system (with mobile notifications). There is a security camera in the living room (pet-cam style), but it is positioned to cover only the limited area right in front of the host's room. There was 👏absolutely👏 no feeling of being "surveilled," unlike what some other reviews might suggest. The angle is such that you wouldn't be captured on camera while sitting on the sofa or cooking in the kitchen. If anything, I actually liked it because I could move around the house freely and comfortably while he was away without any risk of misunderstanding. 3. Other: It’s located right off a main road and in the heart of Jeju City, making it very convenient to get around. If you need a strong, reliable Wi-Fi connection inside the unit, note that the signal can be spotty in the room at times; however, I used my mobile hotspot, so it wasn't an issue for me at all.

I'm very satisfied, and the facilities are great! I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Jeju for the short term. 👍
