This is a high-rise ocean view room on the 25th floor of Blueterra, located on the beach line overlooking Sokcho Beach and Oeongchi Beach. The bedroom and living room are separate, and there is also a separate terrace. You can enjoy a high-quality sunrise without any obstruction from the bed, and it is a hotel-style accommodation that is good for healing, with the sea and beach path within walking distance. All amenities (refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, washing machine, microwave) are provided to suit short-term stays.
Free parking in the building's parking lot from the 1st to the 6th floor for those using a vehicle. City bus stop right in front of the building. 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive to Sokcho Express Bus Terminal. 10-minute drive to Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal.

Netflix is connected. For long-term stays of 2 weeks or more, we change the sheets once a week and clean the interior. Sokcho Beach and Oeongchi Beach are a 5-minute walk away, and there are various places to eat and enjoy nearby. There is a free gym on the 28th floor. The infinity pool is on the 29th floor (paid use).
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
I had a wonderful time staying in Sokcho, thanks to the great view and the clean accommodation. I would love to visit again if my schedule allows.
