Room Information Guide The area of all rooms is the same, but the internal structure, appliance models, and interior design may vary slightly depending on the location (1st to 5th floor). (The posted photos are examples combining various types.) If you have a specific structure or floor preference, please inquire before booking, and we will be happy to assist you. 3. Occupancy and Pet Regulations - Occupancy: Up to 3 people (KRW 5,000 per day for 3 people) ※ However, there may be limitations on providing additional mattresses even for 3 people. - Pets: Allowed (Special cleaning fee of KRW 100,000 upon check-out) 4. Amenity (Supplies) Information This facility operates as a 'short-term rental business,' not an accommodation business. Due to legal regulations, disposable amenities such as toilet paper and toiletries cannot be provided. Please bring your own upon check-in. 5. Only one representative room is registered on the Samsam M2 platform, but we actually have multiple rooms in the building. If your desired dates are fully booked or you need additional rooms, please inquire anytime. We will check for other available rooms (structure and price may vary slightly) and kindly assist you.
The management fee includes all expenses such as water, internet, and TV, only electricity and gas bills are separate. [Settlement and deposit return procedure] I will take a picture of the meter and send it to you when you move in and out. If you transfer the fee calculated based on this (including the basic fee), after confirmation, we will request an immediate return of the full deposit (330,000 won) through SamSamM2. Items included in the management fee: water, common electricity, IPTV, internet, common area cleaning fee, building maintenance fee (electricity/firefighting/elevator, etc.)
