This detached house is located on Dongnidan-gil in Dongmyeong-dong, Dong-gu, Gwangju. It is adjacent to Dongmyeong-dong, the Asia Culture Center, Chungjang-ro, and Daein Market. Public transportation such as subways and buses is readily available.

This includes the rooms, external corridors, and the rooftop. We ask for your consideration. - For the safety of our guests, CCTV is recording outside the building. - If you wish to turn on the rooftop and external lights, please use the switch near the exit door in the kitchen. Please turn off the lights after 10 PM. - Charges will apply for damage to bedding and wallpaper. - The use of gas stoves (burners), charcoal, candles, and fireworks is prohibited. Please pay special attention to safety. - Simple cooking is allowed, but dishes that may cause odors in the accommodation are not permitted. Grilling meat or fish is prohibited. - We inspect and photograph the accommodation's items before guests check in. I had a great rest.
The house is spacious, and it's great that every room has air conditioning! The kitchen is lovely, and the inclusion of a washing machine, dryer, and cordless vacuum is a huge plus. However, there were some issues: dust had accumulated in places due to a lack of cleaning, and the toilet seat was too small, making it uncomfortable to use. Also, there is a restaurant on the ground floor that stays open until the early hours, so light sleepers should keep that in mind!
It is conveniently located in Dongmyeong-dong, making it easy to get anywhere, and I had a very relaxing stay.
