◾Smoking is prohibited indoors. ◾We have upgraded to a larger refrigerator and restocked the tableware. ◾The garden shown in the photos belongs to the host's workshop, located right in front of the accommodation. You are free to use the garden, but barbecues and campfires are not permitted. ◾A computer is provided for watching YouTube or online TV content; you can also access Netflix using your personal account. There is no standard TV set. ◾The air conditioner is installed on the mezzanine level, and an air circulator directs the cool air downstairs, keeping the entire space comfortable. Heating is provided via a wall-mounted heater, a radiator, and electric heating pads. While electricity costs are higher than with underfloor heating—especially in Jeju farmhouses prone to drafts—this combination offers the warmest heating experience. You don't need to worry about cold floors; the space features hardwood flooring with carpets, and the indoor temperature stays warm. (No additional charge for electricity.) ◾As this is a short-term rental, we do not provide consumables. Items such as personal hygiene products (shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc.) and food items (water, seasonings, cooking oil, etc.) are not supplied. ◾A washer-dryer combo and a hair dryer are provided. Kitchen essentials, including an electric rice cooker, frying pan, pots, and tableware, are all ready for use. ◾Due to the design of the mezzanine stairs, moving around while carrying an infant can be inconvenient and risky; therefore, for safety reasons, we cannot accommodate families with infants. We also ask that guests with elderly members or very young children consider this carefully before booking.

◾ Located in Josu-ri on the western side of Jeju, this small village has become quite a trendy spot. You can find charming, popular cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores all within walking distance. ◾ Originally an old tangerine warehouse that once operated as a cafe, the building has been reborn as a unique and atmospheric space featuring a guesthouse and a workshop. We put great care into the interior design, but we prioritize cleanliness above all else. Please rest assured—there is no need to worry about hygiene just because it is an older building. ^^ ◾ The toilet and shower areas are separated by a curtain; while the shower space is somewhat compact, it is newly renovated and spotless. A heater is installed in the shower area to keep it warm, and the water pressure is excellent. ^^ ◾ The sleeping arrangements include one queen-size bed and two single beds (latex mattress type). The single beds measure 100x180cm. ◾ Unlike many other loft-style buildings, this one features high ceilings for a spacious, comfortable feel. The loft area is fully equipped with a bedroom, living area, and climate control (heating/cooling) to ensure your stay is convenient and pleasant. ◾ We are committed to thorough pest control. However, given our rural location, it is difficult to completely block out every single insect from the outside.     I had a wonderful month staying at this beautiful, atmospheric place with such a kind host. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely—perfect for walks—and the place has such an "Instagrammable" vibe that the photos turned out great; I also really loved the unique layout. ♡ Although I didn't cook myself, the place is fully equipped with cookware and tableware, plus essentials like a washer-dryer and microwave. The split-level design made it feel cozy, and having two beds was super convenient. Also, the flowers in front of the house were refreshed throughout the month so they never wilted—such a delightful touch. 💐 I bet hydrangeas are next, right? I envy the next guest! Every single day here was a joy. I’m so proud of myself for picking this place! ♡ I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for taking such good care of me. See you again! ♡
