Thank you for your kind assistance right up to the very end. My girlfriend and I had always wanted to experience living in Itaewon, and thanks to you, we had a wonderful six-week stay. However, the cockroach issue was quite serious. Since the property is near a redevelopment zone, the problem might not have been solely due to the accommodation itself; nevertheless, large cockroaches appeared almost daily, making it difficult to sleep properly until the pest control service took action. That said, I appreciated how quickly you called in the professionals to handle the situation as soon as I reported the problem. Thank you for your kind hospitality throughout our stay.
