It is a 5-minute walk from Ttukseom Station. It is a 2-minute walk from the Ttukbang-gil walking trail right in front. :)

Check-in time is from 3 PM, and check-out time is until 11 AM. 😀 📍 Wi-Fi and LAN cable: The Wi-Fi and LAN cable are on the table in the office space. 📍 Parking information: Free parking is available on the 1st floor of the building (for 1 car). 📍 Heating and cooling (boiler/air conditioner): This is central heating. If you are cold or hot, please adjust the thermostat in the master bedroom! (Air conditioning: April-September) / Hot water is always available. 📍 Trash disposal: Please put general trash in the standard trash bag provided in the accommodation upon check-in, food waste in a transparent bag, and recyclables in the transparent bag inside the shoe cabinet. Please dispose of them upon check-out! (Disposal location: Outside the building on the 1st floor (go out the entrance and place them in front of the white fence on the right 😊) ❌Precautions for using the accommodation❌ ◾Our accommodation is a complex building with both residential and commercial units. Please be mindful of noise after 8 PM as residents are sensitive to it! Also, smoking is absolutely prohibited anywhere indoors! If the smell permeates the indoor fabrics, air conditioner, etc., it cannot be removed by self-cleaning. If indoor smoking is detected, you may be asked to leave, and a cleaning fee of 150,000 won for indoor disinfection and deodorization may be charged!
The management fee is calculated by combining the average monthly water, electricity, and gas bills.
The house is lovely. I had a great stay.
It's spacious and nice.
This accommodation has clear pros and cons. Since the office is on the second floor of the three-story building, it's relatively free from everyday noise, making it great for trips with children. It's also nice to have three rooms, and it's equipped with basic tableware. I used the gas stove and microwave well. You can also park one car comfortably. It's a bit disappointing that there's no elevator.
