    I stayed for over a month because of the interior. First of all, there's a market right in front, so the surrounding prices are cheap and I could get a variety of ingredients. Parking is also easy, and there are many restaurants nearby, so it's convenient. - Since it's a new building, it's clean, and even though it's a villa, there's a separate management company, so it's very well cleaned. The interior is also pretty. Most of what I needed was there, so I didn't have to buy anything extra. The owner was such a nice person, they didn't put any pressure on me, and I felt comfortable during my stay. It felt like I was on vacation at a pension. I've grown very fond of this house during my month-long stay.
