We are looking for quiet guests, mainly women. ^^ The room faces southeast, so it gets plenty of sunlight, and it's quiet because it's in a residential area. You can also catch a glimpse of the sea beyond the window. The living room is very spacious, so there's no feeling of being cooped up, and there's a large kitchen, a front veranda, and an auxiliary kitchen. There's a washer and dryer, so you can use them hygienically and conveniently whenever you need to. It's decorated like a gallery with a clean atmosphere, and you can relieve your fatigue in the massage chair. ^^ We hope you have a good time in Tongyeong. ☆ Originally, there were 4 rooms in total, but two rooms were not included in the rental as they are used for storing items and supplies.
Dongpirang, Jungang Market (Honey Bread Street, Chungmu Gimbap Street), Dipirang, Ganggu Port, and Yi Sun-sin Park are nearby, making it a key tourist destination. It is within a 10-minute walk. There is always ample parking available in the apartment complex.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please refrain from doing laundry after 10 PM. Excessive noise can be a nuisance to your neighbors. ^^
Excessive use of electricity, water, gas, etc. may incur additional charges.

The location is excellent. I spent a wonderful week in Tongyeong. The condition of the house and everything else were great. Thank you.
I'm grateful for the host's kindness, and I had a comfortable stay in the spacious living room and dining area, just like being at home. I'd like to stay here again if I come to Tongyeong next time.
