Near Sinjeong Station (Exit 1) and Sinjeongnegeori Station (Exit 3). The building is newly constructed and features an elevator; both the interior and exterior are spotless. It takes 6 to 8 minutes to walk there from Exit 1 of Sinjeong Station (Line 5).
The room faces south, so it is brighter in person than in the photos. Check-in: 15:00 / Check-out: 11:00 (subject to slight changes depending on circumstances). There is only one queen-size bed; while three guests can stay, we cannot guarantee sleeping arrangements for everyone.

The room is clean and quiet. It was also nice that the facilities seemed to have been recently renovated.
The location offers convenient transportation with access to two subway lines (Lines 2 and 5). Thanks to the new construction, the interior was spotless, and opening the windows allowed for a refreshing cross-breeze. The spacious bathroom also made the stay feel just like home. I felt at ease throughout my visit, aided by the host's prompt communication. The fresh flowers on the dining table were a truly touching touch. I would love to visit again if the opportunity arises.
