This is a studio apartment with a spacious living room. Unfortunately, the bathroom is small, but it is equipped with a washing machine and a small refrigerator. The spacious living room is twice the size of a typical studio apartment. There is one central air conditioner for heating and cooling, and a small window-type air conditioner.
It is a 1-minute walk from Mapo Station Exit 4. In addition, it is a 2-minute walk to the Mapo Station bus stop, and there are many convenience facilities nearby.
Upon completion of the contract, we will inform you of the meeting place with the manager one week before check-in. Smoking and parties are not allowed indoors.
It is a 4-5 minute walk to the north side of the Han River, and you can go to the Han River Citizen's Park by subway in one stop.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. (40,000 won per day for excessive use of hot water and leaving the air conditioner on while away)

It’s a 3-minute walk to Mapo Station and 5 minutes to the Han River—the location was excellent. I also appreciated the host, who was kind and quick to respond. The bathroom was very small, but there were no issues with taking a shower.
