🏡 About our place... - Located right in front of Sagye Port. - You have exclusive use of the entire 3rd floor of this 3-story building, including the indoor rooftop area and the open-air rooftop. - It features an ocean view overlooking the Sagye Sea, and you can even watch the sunrise right from your room. - You can see Sanbangsan Mountain from the kitchen. - The rooftop offers a panoramic view stretching from Sanbangsan Mountain to Hallasan Mountain, Sagye Beach, and Hyeongje Rocks. It is a true "view hotspot" in Jeju where you can even enjoy the sunset in the evening! We have provided comfortable folding chairs so you can feel the cool breeze during the day and lie back to gaze at the cascading stars✨️ at night! ⭐ Hot water available in the bathroom ⭕ Hot water unavailable at the kitchen sink ❌

⭐ Please note that this is a renovated traditional house, so there may be some inconveniences or shortcomings. We invite guests who understand these aspects and wish to experience the beauty and relaxation of Jeju Island. 🎒 This is a short-term rental space designed for stays of a week, two weeks, or longer, rather than a dedicated accommodation facility like a hotel or pension. We do not provide disposable items, so please bring your own personal necessities (towels, toilet paper, soap, facial cleanser, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dish soap, bottled water, rice, various seasonings, etc.). 💳 Utility Fee Settlement - Management fee, water/sewage, internet, TV: 3,000 KRW per night. - Gas (cooking, hot water), Electricity (heating): 5,000 KRW per night. (※ Electricity and gas fees may be charged additionally based on actual usage, so please be mindful and conserve energy. Additional electricity charges may apply, especially during seasons requiring air conditioning or heating!) - Please understand that cooking foods with strong odors, such as fish and meat, is not permitted indoors. (You may grill meat on the rooftop using a portable gas burner! 😊 However, the use of charcoal and firewood is prohibited for fire safety.) - When using the rooftop at night, please refrain from excessive noise out of consideration for our neighbors. 🙏 🐶 Guidelines for Guests with Pets - Pet supplies are not provided. - Limit: 1 pet (no weight limit). - Pets that are not properly house-trained are not permitted. (Pets are not allowed to relieve themselves on the rooftop; an additional cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW will be charged for violations.)
🌿 Nearby Attractions ✅️ Famous tourist spots are connected along the coastal road, including Hwasun Golden Sand Beach, Yongmeori Coast, Sanbanggulsa Grotto, Sagye Beach, and Mt. Songaksan. (This is part of Jeju Olle Trail Course 10.) 🌼 There is a famous canola flower spot at Mt. Sanbangsan, which is accessible on foot! Thanks to Jeju’s mild weather, canola flowers sometimes bloom as early as December, but the peak season is usually from February to April! 🍇 A short drive away, you can also visit the Moseulpo Five-Day Market (held on the 1st and 6th of every month). Situated in the heart of the tourist district with an ocean view, you can enjoy the stunning sea every single day! 🌿 Host’s Recommended Restaurants 🍙 Cheonjul Gimbap Their "Cheong-myeol" (Green Chili & Anchovy) Gimbap is the signature dish, and it will truly blow you away! ♡ It is incredibly delicious and has great reviews! The shop itself is lovely, too! Located just 600m from our accommodation, it’s a perfect stop while out for a run or a walk along the beach. They open at 7:00 AM, so be sure to check it out! 😍 ☕️ Yeong-ari Cafe It’s located right next door to Cheonjul Gimbap! Both the Americanos and lattes are delicious, but I personally love the Peach Latte. You should definitely give that a try! 😎 🍖 Donbellong Nothing beats meat for dinner, right? The aged pork is tender, savory, and bursting with juice~~ They grill it to perfection for you, so all you have to do is dig in and enjoy! 😋 🍲 Haebyeonjeong Restaurant This is a local favorite. It’s always bustling with people! ♡ I frequently order the Obunjagi (small abalone) Stew and Grilled Mackerel. Sometimes, they even treat you to grilled fish or sashimi caught fresh that very day! ♡ Visit when you’re craving a hot, comforting soup or some delicious Korean food!
