We have newly installed a convertible single sofa-bed and a smart projector. Enjoy a leisurely stroll during the day, and at night, transform the space into your own private cinema with a large screen for Netflix, YouTube, and screen mirroring. We’ve added just the right amount of comfort to this minimalist space.
[Prime Location with Easy Access to Sinchon Station] A local bus stop is located just a 10-second walk from the front gate. Frequent bus service to Sinchon Station (Line 2) makes public transportation highly convenient. It is an ideal location for professionals and students alike, offering a quiet residential environment along with easy access to work or school.
[Check-in/Check-out & Facility Information] Contactless Booking & Check-in: A detailed guide will be sent via message once your booking is confirmed. Fully Equipped Appliances: Refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, microwave, and smart projector (with OTT streaming support). Furniture: A single-person sofa bed is provided, suitable for reading, watching movies, or sleeping. Items to Bring (Important): No separate bed frame is provided other than the sofa bed. For hygiene reasons, please bring your own bedding (blankets, pillows), towels, toiletries, and consumable items such as toilet paper. Parking: Parking is available for 4–5 vehicles within the building premises on a first-come, first-served basis. House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors; please tidy up and sort your waste for recycling upon check-out.
All utilities are included in the maintenance fee.
It was a clean and truly comfortable home.
The pros were that the place was really spacious and had plenty of parking. The view was great too, since it’s right in front of a hill or mountain. The downside was the weak water pressure. The air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air; they fixed it right away, but it still didn't work properly. Still, I appreciated how quickly they responded and sent a technician when I let them know it wasn't working. They are quick to communicate and resolve issues immediately.
