- 100m walk from Jegi-dong Station Exit 3 - Parking space is available up to the 4th basement floor. One car can be parked for free, and additional charges will apply for two or more cars.
- Move-in after the contract is signed will be conducted non-face-to-face. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you the address and instructions. - On the day of move-in, the front door password will be sent via text message. - Please dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated recycling area on the 1st floor. - Please be advised that actual costs for damages such as breakage or discoloration after the contract ends will be charged separately.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - If you excessively use the included electricity, water, and gas, additional management fees may be requested. - When checking out, please leave the room as you found it upon check-in and do not leave any trash.
