Check-in is contactless. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Pets are allowed (please take good care of them). Any damage must be restored to its original condition. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
E-Mart is right next door, so you can walk to do your grocery shopping. The agricultural and fishery products market, Lotte Department Store, Ulsan Library, and Yeocheoncheon walking trail are all great amenities.
Gas fee is not included. (Charged upon check-out.) If you need internet, you must install it yourself. If the management fee exceeds 60,000 won per week, you may be charged an additional amount.
