This is a great place to stay comfortably, enjoying both the convenience of a station area and the tranquility of a residential area. Major living infrastructure in Seoul, as well as major Gangbuk sports facilities and government offices in Seongsu, Euljiro, and Apgujeong, are distributed within the radius, making it stable for long-term stays. *IoT residential system applied, system air conditioner (in each room, 2 in the living room), 2 dressing rooms, induction, microwave oven, refrigerator, bidet -Options not shown in the photos (bed, TV, table, sofa, etc.) are available.

We had such a great experience during our last visit that we returned while our family home was undergoing renovations. My wife and daughter, who value cleanliness and comfort, were both very satisfied with the stay. The local restaurants we tried were excellent as well; the pork belly at Sinwon Sikdang (on the ground floor of the adjacent building) and the whole-octopus kalguksu at Geummyeonok (across the street) were particularly delicious.
