The rental agreement is processed remotely, and usage instructions will be provided upon confirmation. The listed price is based on single occupancy (an additional management fee applies per person). Electricity costs are 6,000 KRW per day. Smoking is prohibited indoors (smoking is permitted on the first-floor terrace).
Songjeong Park and Songjeong Library are located right in front of the house. Dogs allowed upon consultation. (No belly bands or indoor elimination allowed.)
Excessive gas and water usage (relative to the average) will be billed separately.
The room was spacious, parking was readily available, and any issues were resolved immediately (though there were hardly any); I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you for the great experience.
