The cleanliness was very poor when I first moved in. However, the host took immediate action the next day, so I ended up staying for a month. It was disappointing that basic amenitiesāsuch as shampoo, body wash, and towelsāwere not provided, and the overall condition of the room wasn't great. That said, the location is excellent, as it is close to Yangcheon Hyanggyo Station.

I needed a short-term accommodation for work, and I found this place near my company that I knew from before. I booked it because it was reasonably priced. It was very convenient because it was close to the station and there were many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Most importantly, since it's an officetel, the heating was very good, so I could stay warm. The room is on the inner side, so there's zero noise from the main street! It's very quiet. The host responded quickly and provided towels, which was convenient. As a former resident of this area, I can guarantee the safety!
