* Giheung Station: 650m away (8 minutes on foot, 2 minutes by bike) * Singal Station: 800m away (10 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by bike) * A 119 Fire Station and Gwana Park are located right in front of the building; Giheung-gu Office is also nearby. There is a wide variety of restaurants in the local food alley, as well as numerous stylish cafes. The surrounding living infrastructure is excellent.
The recycling area is conveniently located on the 1st floor (next to Lines 1 and 2 of Building Da) and is available for use at any time. For smoking, please use the rooftop area just up the stairs (waterproofing work has been completed). (We ask for your cooperation in keeping the indoors smoke-free.) Both the master bedroom and the sofa room are equipped with wall-mounted heating and cooling units (featuring fan-only modes and the latest models), as well as premium stainless steel humidifiers and atmospheric mood lighting. A pull-up bar is also installed on the doorframe, allowing you to safely work out. ^^
There is a CU convenience store, hospitals, oriental medicine clinics, and hair salons right nearby. Additionally, the area around the Giheung-gu Office features a wide variety of restaurants and eateries, making it a very convenient and pleasant place to live. Please note that pets are not allowed.
■ Basic management fees and water charges are deducted. Please send photos of the electricity and gas meter readings based on your move-in date. Upon check-out, the readings will be compared with the photos, and only the difference will be settled separately. (Long-term guests are settled on a monthly basis.)
