* Giheung Station is 650m away, an 8-minute walk or 2-minute bike ride. * Shingal Station is 800m away, a 10-minute walk or 3-minute bike ride. * In front of the house, there is a 119 fire station and Gwana Park. It is close to Giheung-gu Office. There are many restaurants with various menus in the food alley, and many nice cafes. The surrounding living infrastructure is in good condition.
The recycling center is located on the 1st floor (next to lines 1 and 2 of building D) and is available for use at any time, which is convenient. Smoking is permitted on the rooftop one floor above (waterproofing work completed). Please use this area. (Indoor smoking is prohibited, thank you for your understanding.) The master bedroom and sofa room are each equipped with wall-mounted air conditioners/heaters with fan function, the latest models, high-quality stainless steel humidifiers, and atmospheric mood lighting. A pull-up bar is also installed on the door frame, so you can safely exercise.^^)
There are many CU convenience stores, hospitals, oriental medicine clinics, hair salons, and restaurants around Giheung-gu Office, so it is very convenient and good to live in~
■ Basic management fees and water charges are deducted. Only electricity & gas meters will be sent as a photo of the meter reading on the move-in date. When you move out, the difference will be settled separately by comparing the meter reading photos. (Long-term users will be settled monthly)
