The view is really nice, the heating works well, there's a chest of drawers, and it has almost everything you need for daily life. I'm renting out the room because I'll be away for a long business trip.

An excellent stay and location! I would highly recommend it to foreigners staying in Seoul for more than a week. Outside noise can be a bit bothersome at night, but if you aren't a light sleeper, you should be fine.
