- This is a quiet building with good soundproofing. - The security is good, so it is relatively safe for women to stay alone. - There are convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. near the building, making daily life convenient during your stay. - There is also a street nearby that is good for a light walk, making it a good place to take a break during a busy schedule. - Basic supplies for your convenience will be provided upon move-in. - As this is a short-term rental space, please clean, do laundry, wash dishes, and separate recyclables during your stay.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.

I stayed here for a month with my child during the school break; the thoughtful host had stocked the place with everything we needed, so we were very comfortable. I would definitely want to stay here again if I visit Korea next year.
