While the view is of other buildings rather than the sea, there’s plenty of space between us and the building across the way. Best of all, it’s a loft-style unit with high ceilings, so it feels airy and spacious. (We’ve also installed fabric curtains for anyone concerned about privacy. ✊) 🌱Lovingly cleaned, polished, and decorated by us—the owners—over the course of two months! 🌱Everyone is welcome, so feel free to reach out anytime! (The most affordable option is a 10-minute walk away. Please ask me for details!) ❌ Toothbrush, toothpaste, body towel, other disposable items, etc. - There is a convenience store and a coin laundry on the ground floor, and a supermarket just a 1-minute walk away! ❌ Do not flush food waste down the toilet ❌ - If the toilet gets clogged, the cost of unclogging it will be deducted from your security deposit. ❌ No pets allowed; no smoking (including e-cigarettes) - A special cleaning fee of 500,000 KRW will be charged if a violation is detected. ❌ Unauthorized guests are not permitted - A doorbell camera is installed at the entrance for the safety of both the tenant and the property. Guests not notified to the host in advance are strictly prohibited, and unauthorized guests may result in immediate eviction. 🌱 As this is a shared building with neighbors, please be mindful of noise after 10 PM! 🌱 Please wash the dishes, tidy up the trash, and sort your recycling before checking out!
While I aim to resolve most issues—big or small—through mutual agreement, I will take firm action if a tenant vacates the property without prior notice. This space means a great deal to me, so please treat it with care. ☺️

It was great being able to communicate quickly with the host, and the location was convenient—close to the subway station and with a convenience store right on the ground floor of the building. The place was clean and tidy, too! There were plenty of towels, and the washing machine was easy to use. 👍👍
