This is a space where I used to live while tutoring students. I have since moved, so the bedroom is currently empty; however, the teaching area remains. Since it is difficult to immediately dispose of items like the refrigerator and photocopier, and I still need to conduct classes in the teaching area from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM (Monday through Thursday), I am looking for someone to rent the bedroom and living room at a low rate—with the understanding that we will be sharing the space during those specific hours. You don't need to share your door lock passcode; you can simply leave the lock disengaged when you go out so the door doesn't lock, and I will lock it when I leave. You’ll find this three-room layout much more comfortable and spacious than a studio apartment. You are welcome to eat the kimchi stored in the kimchi refrigerator. There is a laundromat right next door.
A bus stop serving the Hanok Village and the New Town area is just a one-minute walk away, and the New Town is also a 20-minute walk away if you go along the riverside path.
Pets and indoor smoking are not permitted in this room.
The place comes equipped with a refrigerator, tableware, and an induction cooktop; there is a large supermarket right in front, and a laundromat, coffee shop, bakery, bank, and various restaurants are all within a 30-second walk. You can walk to Hwangbangsan Mountain, and there is a riverside area with a park, a foot volleyball court, and paths for walking or jogging. My niece, who lives in the U.S., stayed here for two weeks during a visit and loved the neighborhood so much that she didn't want to go back home.
As the usual electricity and gas usage costs are under 50,000 won, any amount exceeding 50,000 won will be billed separately.
I was really satisfied with the location of the accommodation. With a supermarket and various amenities right out front, plus plenty of great local restaurants nearby, it was very convenient during my stay. The host was incredibly kind, and the place was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.

It wasn't very cool—perhaps the air conditioner was low on gas—but the space was large, pleasant, and enjoyable.
