Residency is limited to students or working professionals (we may request supporting documents, such as a business card). Once the contract is finalized, we will provide information regarding move-in and facility usage. ☆☆☆☆☆After the contract is signed, we will call to confirm move-in details. If you do not answer the call or if communication remains difficult leading up to the move-in date, your residency may be denied. Please proceed with the contract request only if you agree to these terms. This is a prerequisite for the contract.
