We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask that you bring these necessary items with you. • For hygiene purposes, a quilted mattress cover is provided. • Cleaning, laundry, and trash disposal are the guest's responsibility. • Please separate your trash and dispose of it in the designated area. • Toilet paper and trash bags for immediate use upon arrival are provided, but please purchase any additional supplies you may need. • Please let us know before finalizing the booking if you need to extend your stay by 1–2 days. • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, as well as on the balcony and rooftop. • There is a cultural heritage site right behind the building. • A special cleaning fee (200,000 KRW) may be charged if the smell of cigarette smoke lingers indoors due to smoking. • Pets are not allowed.

An additional 3,000 KRW per person per week is charged for the 5th person onwards. • Electricity and gas charges are billed separately. • Charges are based on actual usage. • Electricity and gas charges will be billed prior to check-out. • The security deposit will be returned after the electricity and gas charges are settled.
