We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask that you bring the necessary items with you. • For hygiene reasons, a quilted mattress cover is provided. • Cleaning, laundry, and trash disposal are the guest's responsibility. • Please separate your trash and dispose of it in the designated area. • Toilet paper and trash bags for immediate use upon arrival are provided, but please purchase any additional supplies you may need. • Please let us know before finalizing the booking if you need to extend your stay by 1–2 days. • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, as well as on the balcony and rooftop. • There is a cultural heritage site right behind the building. • A special cleaning fee (200,000 KRW) may be charged if the smell of cigarette smoke lingers indoors due to smoking. • Pets are not allowed.
• CCTV cameras are installed at the building entrance and main doorway, and the entrance is located in front of a well-lit hospital, ensuring a safe environment. • Popular local restaurants within walking distance include Jinseong Sikdang and Gyeongsangdo Chueotang. • Dessert spots such as Mid-Range and Make Everyday are also nearby. • A convenience store and a self-service laundromat are close by. • Starbucks and Subway are also within easy reach. • Yeongnamsan Mountain, which offers a great walking trail, is just 10 minutes away. • You can experience the tranquil atmosphere of Andong with just a short walk. • We have prepared the space to ensure your comfort and safety. • We kindly ask you to treat the property and its contents with care, as if they were your own; please note that repair costs may be charged in the event of accidental damage to items or facilities.
• The utility/maintenance fee is set at a minimum rate to cover essential costs such as water, electricity, internet, TV, and CCTV. This rate is based on an occupancy of four people and applies equally even if there are fewer than four. For five or more people, an additional fee of 5,000 KRW per person per week applies for exceeding the standard occupancy. • Gas charges are billed separately based on actual usage. • Gas charges are billed following the move-out inspection. • The security deposit is returned after the gas charges have been settled. • Electricity usage exceeding 15 kWh per week will be billed as an additional charge. (Inverter-type air conditioners are installed, so usage typically does not exceed 15 kWh, even in summer.)
