(2 queen beds) - The spacious veranda allows for storage of various extra items. - It's right next to a hotel, so there are CCTV cameras on the street, and a large convenience store is right next door, making it safe even at night.
- It is a 5-minute walk from Exit 1 of Hongik University Station. - The subway is close, making it convenient to travel to Mangwon, Jongno, Sinchon, Dongdaemun, etc.
- Move-in is contactless. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will contact you with move-in and usage instructions. - Check-in: After 3 PM / Check-out: 11 AM - This is a quiet residential area, so please refrain from excessive noise after 9 PM. - No smoking indoors (no smoking in the building), and pets are not allowed. (A restoration fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged for smoking.) - You may be charged for any damage to or loss of property. - In accordance with hygiene regulations, this accommodation operates as a short-term rental, so bedding, towels, and disposable items are not provided as standard. Please inquire in advance if you need them.
- Living room/kitchen: Refrigerator/washing machine/dryer/full-length mirror/vacuum cleaner/laundry basket/cooking utensils (knife, tongs, scissors, etc.)/frying pan and pot/tableware and cutlery set for 4 people/cups - Bedroom: 2 queen beds/air conditioner/smart TV/hanger/stand light - Dining room: Dining table for 4 people/chairs/stand light - Bathroom: Dryer [Other information] - There is a large GS convenience store in the building right next door. - There are various restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores in the surrounding area. [Special conditions] 🚫 Loud noises and parties that may disturb neighbors are prohibited. 🚫 Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are strictly prohibited in the building. If caught, the deposit will not be refunded. 🚫 You may be charged for the cost of repairing or replacing items that are damaged or excessively soiled.
All utility bills are included. However, if you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. Please note this. 🙂

I had the best time here! The location is super convenient—just an 8–10 minute walk from Hongik Univ. Station (on the Green Line) and close to Mangwon Market. The host is also very responsive. I’d love to stay here again!
