(2 queen beds) - The spacious veranda allows for storage of various extra items. - It's right next to a hotel, so there are CCTV cameras on the street, and a large convenience store is right next door, making it safe even at night.
- It is a 5-minute walk from Exit 1 of Hongik University Station. - The subway is close, making it convenient to travel to Mangwon, Jongno, Sinchon, Dongdaemun, etc.
- Move-in is contactless. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will contact you with move-in and usage instructions. - Check-in: After 3 PM / Check-out: 11 AM - This is a quiet residential area, so please refrain from excessive noise after 9 PM. - No smoking indoors (no smoking in the building), and pets are not allowed. (A restoration fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged for smoking.) - You may be charged for any damage to or loss of property. - In accordance with hygiene regulations, this accommodation operates as a short-term rental, so bedding, towels, and disposable items are not provided as standard. Please inquire in advance if you need them.

[Special conditions] 🚫 Loud noises and parties that may disturb neighbors are prohibited. 🚫 Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are strictly prohibited in the building. If caught, the deposit will not be refunded. 🚫 You may be charged for the cost of repairing or replacing items that are damaged or excessively soiled.
All utility bills are included. However, if you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. Please note this. 🙂

The location was great, the place was clean, and everything else was fine, though the noise from the neighbors was a bit of an issue. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a distinct smell in the unit, but it clears up quickly once you ventilate the space. Aside from that, everything was good. I had a comfortable stay.
The neighborhood is great, the house is spotless, and everything is just perfect👍🏻 You provided plenty of essentials like trash bags and towels, and the bed was so cozy that I had a very comfortable stay🙇🏻♀️ The host was always kind and quick to respond, which I really appreciated💕
