This unit is available for its first occupancy following a complete renovation. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a combined living room and kitchen. Please note that as this is a space-only rental, bedding and disposable items (such as toilet paper, dish soap, towels, and shampoo) are not provided. Please keep this in mind before finalizing your booking.
It takes about 45 minutes by car from Jeju Airport. The bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away.
Check-in is contactless. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted.
♡ Hanaro Mart, hospitals, and markets are within a 5-minute drive. ♡ Tourist attractions such as the Carbonate Hot Spring, Yongmeori Coast, Mt. Songaksan, Gotjawal, and Mt. Sanbangsan are within a 5–10 minute drive. ♡ A cultural and sports complex featuring a gym (1,800 KRW) and an indoor swimming pool (3,000 KRW) is within a 7–10 minute drive. ♡ Shinhwa History Park and the English Education City are located about 10 minutes away.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
The accommodation was located in a quiet rural village in Jeju. It got plenty of sunlight, so I stayed warm even when the winter weather suddenly set in. The gas boiler worked incredibly fast, ensuring there wasn't the slightest bit of discomfort—in fact, I even needed a fan! Haha. However, since it is a standalone house, you should expect the occasional small insect, as is typical for rural homes. There were walking paths nearby, and delicious restaurants were within walking distance. Thanks to this place, I had a wonderful time in Jeju over the past two weeks. Thank you.
