Hello, I am a mother of two siblings living in the same building. :) Our house is a recently remodeled semi-basement two-room apartment. It is sunny and the large windows reduce any stuffiness. It is a 20-pyeong space with relatively large rooms and a large living room, making it comfortable for 3 people to stay. There is a queen bed in each room. Like a pension, bedding, towels, cooking utensils, various dishes, and seasonings are provided.
7-minute walk from Pungsan Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line Located in Bamgasi Village, Bamridan-gil, a hot spot in Ilsan. Within a 200-meter radius of Sajae Park (Yujin Kindergarten).

It is a quiet residential area, a tranquil neighborhood where you can enjoy a stroll. Bangasiburger and Lee Kyung Yang Sikdang... a place full of restaurants and coffee shops. The National Cancer Center, Madu Library, and Jeongbalsan Park are all within walking distance. The maximum number of guests is 3. This number was determined to ensure the most comfortable use of the bathroom and facilities, regardless of the number of queen beds. Bedding and fabric covers are always washed and prepared. We will strive to be a good connection for our guests and to leave them with good memories.
All utility fees, including internet, are included in the maintenance fee.

I stayed with my 5-month-old baby! The house was spacious, which was great, and I could really relax and feel at ease. ㅠㅠ There are many places that deliver, and the subway is just a short walk away. It was the best. The owner is also very kind. I'll come back to stay again next time!! 💙💙
